Free My People Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to providing a superior experience and ensure that you are highly satisfied with the products you order from Free My People.
Note: Our return & exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To exchange and item for another item or size, we do offer FREE exchanges for all domestic customers. We will exchange your item to any item of equal value, and we will cover shipping cost to send the new item.
To exchange a product:
1. Pack all the returned items, along with your packing slip sent with your item. You can use the package the items arrived in or another package, if you prefer.
2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Mail your product to our warehouse at: P.O Box 927, Rowlett, Tx 75030.
3. Please email us your shipment tracking number to Freemypeopleent@gmail.com along with the what item and size you'd like to exchange for.
• Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
Returns
If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement right away. Only damaged products are eligible for a refund. If international, please contact us at info@moneymotivation.com and we will let you know next steps.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.
Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items.
Refunds
If your item is eligible for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
